




Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support technician to inspect, repair, and deliver computer equipment, assist with branch operations, and manage customer service. Teamwork and preventive/corrective maintenance **Technical Support (Equipment Repair)** **We Offer:** * Net monthly salary of **$10,000** * **METRICS BONUS** * **PUNCTUALITY BONUS** * Statutory benefits **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems or Computer Science (incomplete) or related technical program * Knowledge of computer equipment inspection, repair, and delivery * Experience in technology or computer equipment sales * Proficiency in Excel * HP certifications * Teamwork skills * Ability to disassemble equipment and perform preventive and corrective maintenance Responsibilities: * Inspect, repair, and deliver computer equipment * Assist the branch with all general branch duties (cleaning, reporting, logbooks, and inventory) * Track parts (branch intake and dispatch) * Prevent customer complaints filed with PROFECO due to poor service * Deliver excellent customer service * Generate documentation and billing for services rendered (service order, invoice, etc.) **Work Location** **Near Av.
