




Due to growth, IUSA is seeking: * **Technical Salesperson – Hydraulic Specialist** Sales professional with strong technical training in **hydraulic systems**, focused on marketing components, equipment, and integrated solutions. Capable of providing technical advice to customers, identifying specific needs, and offering efficient, reliable, and cost-effective solutions while maintaining long-term business relationships. **Responsibilities:** * **Marketing of hydraulic products (pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, fittings, hydraulic power units, etc.).** * Technical advice to customers regarding selection, application, and maintenance of hydraulic systems. * Identification of customer needs and preparation of technical-commercial proposals. * Interpretation of hydraulic schematics and technical specifications. * Follow-up on quotations, orders, and after-sales service. * Development and retention of customer portfolio. * Coordination with technical, engineering, and logistics departments. * Technical and commercial visits to customers. * Achievement of sales and margin targets. **Requirements:** Solid knowledge in: * MANDATORY experience in hydraulic and hydrostatic systems * Pressure, flow rate, power, and component selection * Use of technical catalogs and data sheets. * Experience in B2B technical sales. * Desirable knowledge of pneumatics and basic mechanics. * Proficiency with computer tools (CRM, Excel, ERP) * Courses or training in industrial hydraulics. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical sales > Hydraulics. * **Must have personal vehicle and laptop.** **We offer:** * Base salary + guaranteed variable compensation for the first 6 months. * Statutory benefits from Day 1. * Benefits above statutory requirements from Day 1. * Growth opportunities. * Direct employment with the company. **\+ Must reside in Puebla.**
