You will ensure all expenses are properly recorded, along with projects and additions to fixed assets. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare, review, and file monthly and annual tax returns, including ISR, IVA, ISH, ISN, and others, for both the hotel and our Civil Association (A.C.). * Coordinate compliance with federal and state tax obligations before SAT, State Treasury, Municipal authorities, and other tax agencies. * Ensure proper stamping, issuance, and validation of electronic invoices (CFDI), including income-related invoices and payroll-related expense invoices for both the hotel and the A.C. * Prepare tax documentation and supporting evidence for internal and external audits. * Respond to requests from tax authorities (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT) and follow up on audits, electronic reviews, or on-site inspections. * Support external auditors during audits by providing requested information and clarifying questions or making necessary corrections. * Monitor and analyze changes in tax legislation, the annual Tax Miscellaneous Resolution, SAT rules, and regulatory criteria affecting corporate tax determinations. * Communicate relevant changes to management and other involved departments. * Advise other departments on matters related to tax implications. * Support the implementation of internal tax controls, such as contractor oversight ensuring service providers to the hotel are registered in REPSE. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Higher education — Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. * Prior experience as Tax Manager. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, and accounting software. * Confidentiality, ethics, and accountability. * Effective communication, analytical, and mathematical skills. * Minimum 5 years of experience. * Experience in the hospitality industry. * Intermediate English preferred. **Additional Information** Auberge Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences, and private clubs.
