Support with critical tax compliance and reporting Scope of leadership role Position Summary: Conducts and documents basic tax analysis and research. Provides tax records and reports on a regular basis. Provides supporting data for the preparation of tax returns, tax declarations, and other required reports. May prepare less complex filings. Analyzes tax laws and regulations. Prepares technical reports on the impact to the organization's operations. Responds to business unit questions regarding tax policies or tax implications. Provides data related to pricing, sales/property tax filings, and/or government audits. May participate in due diligence research during acquisitions. Key Responsibilities* Support with review SAT portal, invoice cancellation, Information requirements, Compliance reviews. * Income tax and profit sharing determination. * Determination of provisional payments. * Upload federal taxes on the SAT portal * Blackline reconciliations * Request for tax refunds. * Tax informative declaration of operations with suppliers (DIOT) * Requirements of the tax authority. * Monthly Informative statement of maquiladoras and export services (INEGI) PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS* Ability to do tactical reporting, data mining, and critical analysis. + MS Office suite Power User (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) * Ability to utilize SUA/ IDSE/ INFONAVIT \& SAT Platform * Good verbal and written communication skills. * Analytics Skills Required Education / Experience / Skills:* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance * 3\+ years of experience minimum in cost accounting in a manufacturing environment (essential) * Travel: \_\_\_ Yes, or No (Minimal travel outside of Juarez required) * Language: Basic English and Spanish is required.
