Perform preventive and/or corrective maintenance activities A prestigious luxury real estate management company is seeking a Maintenance Technician / Electromechanical Technician with experience in hotels or high-rise buildings. What Do You Need? * Minimum one year of experience in a similar position as maintenance assistant or technician in hotels, buildings, or shopping centers. * Education: Electrical Technician, Electromechanical Technician, or incomplete degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering. * Knowledge of maintenance for equipment and facilities, painting, finishing works, drywall, plumbing, and electromechanical, hydraulic, and HVAC systems. As a technician, your responsibilities will include: * Performing various preventive and/or corrective maintenance activities on machinery, equipment, and facilities * Conducting painting, finishing, drywall, plumbing, and hydraulic work * Maintaining pumping equipment, HVAC systems, electrical installations, control panels, and fire protection systems * Following up on resident requests, providing support for tasks such as furniture relocation, picture hanging, etc. Compensation and Benefits: * Base salary: $ 18,000 gross per month. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. / Half-day on Saturday or Sunday * Statutory benefits (100% social security contributions, health insurance, 12 vacation days, 15-day year-end bonus, 25% vacation premium, INFONAVIT).
