Key responsibilities: * Administer and maintain our wireless networks and corporate internet to ensure optimal performance and information security. * Provide technical support to our users regarding configuration and troubleshooting of the various software applications used at the university. * Configure and install printers across different departments and areas of the university to ensure their proper operation. * Collaborate with other members of the information technology team to efficiently identify and resolve technical issues. * Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in information technology to deliver innovative solutions to our users.
