Job Objective: Provide technical support to internal users, ensure the correct operation of company equipment and systems, and support information administration and reporting through ERP and related tools for management analysis. Duties and Responsibilities: * Address system incidents * Install and configure computers and printers * Configure user accounts, email accounts, and system access * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment * Provide remote and on-site technical support to users Systems Support * Assist in the administration and operation of Microsip ERP * Resolve incidents related to system modules * Assist with basic configurations and data validation * Coordinate with external vendors for specialized support Excel Report Generation * Generate Excel pivot tables for management analysis * Validate data entered into systems Basic Infrastructure * Assist in basic network and internet monitoring * Verify data backups * Assist in software license management Job Requirements: **Education:** * Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic technical support (Windows, Office, basic networking) * Proficiency in Microsip ERP * Excel * Basic database knowledge (preferred) **Experience:** * 1–2 years in technical support or systems-related roles Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $15,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
