Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Supervisor to lead and support the accounting team, ensuring proper operation and tax compliance for assigned companies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and support of the accounting team and assistants 2. Review of bank reconciliations and tax calculations 3. Verification of tax returns and billing processes **Job Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience supervising staff in an accounting firm. * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting. * Knowledge of and proficiency with the CONTPAQ system. * Experience in accounting operations for both individual and corporate entities. **Job Responsibilities** * Supervise accountants and accounting assistants, ensuring timely and accurate completion of their tasks, providing necessary support to staff, and managing the accounting operations of assigned companies. * Review bank reconciliations. * Calculate and review federal, state, and municipal taxes on a monthly and annual basis. * Review submission of monthly and annual tax returns (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT). * Review payroll billing and stamping processes. **Compensation and Additional Benefits** * Monthly salary of $18,000 net plus bonuses (minimum monthly income of $21,000). * Permanent employment. * Full-time schedule (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm). * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Easy access to the Providencia area (Country Club neighborhood) in Guadalajara.
