




Position Summary: An Assistant Accountant is required to ensure accounting control, invoicing, account tracking, and coordination with the accounting team for an efficient workflow. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage general accounting and ensure tax compliance. 2. Coordinate accounting assistants and propose improvements to accounting and financial processes. 3. Proficient use of CONTPAQ and intermediate-to-advanced Excel. An Assistant Accountant is required to ensure accounting control, invoicing, account tracking, and coordination with the accounting team to maintain an organized and efficient workflow. Main Responsibilities * Manage the company’s general accounting. * Ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations. * Coordinate and supervise accounting assistants. * Propose improvements to accounting and financial processes. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in **Public Accounting** or related field. * Minimum **1 year** of experience as Assistant Accountant, Junior Accountant, or General Accountant. * Demonstrable experience in general and tax accounting. * Knowledge of calculation and filing of **federal and state taxes** (ISR, IVA, DIOT, etc.). * Participation in internal and external audits. * Monthly and annual accounting closings. * Financial Information Standards (**NIF**). * Current tax legislation (**SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, SUA, SIPARE**). * Electronic accounting and submission of information to SAT. * Experience with ERP or accounting systems (**CONTPAQ mandatory**). * Intermediate-to-advanced **Excel** proficiency. * Financial analysis and critical thinking. * Planning and organization. * Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility. * Professional ethics and confidentiality. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tax deadlines. * Clear communication with administrative departments and management. * **Graduate** (mandatory).
