This role requires advanced communication skills in English and Spanish, the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously, and experience engaging directly with clients and candidates. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checks. * Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and provide expert recommendations. * Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience. * Track and report recruitment metrics, including time\-to\-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction. * Mentor and support junior recruiters (if applicable). * Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
