




Position Summary: The Shipping Assistant is responsible for managing invoices, credit memos, and document organization to support the information delivery process. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages customer invoices and acknowledgments, releasing freight charges. 2. Prepares credit memos and registers them in the system. 3. Organizes and classifies documentation for the Shipping Department. **Job Description:** We are seeking a Shipping Assistant **Responsibilities:** Ø Receive customer invoices with acknowledgments, verify accuracy of information, release freight charges for billing, and forward customer delivery notes to Sales for further processing. Ø Prepare required credit memos based on customer requests and established procedures, and register the information in the system. Ø Organize and classify documentation for the Shipping Department, distributing documents to various administrative departments to obtain signed receipts and complete our information delivery process. Ø Review the daily carrier delivery report, assign appropriate freight rates, and ensure invoices are correctly linked and denominated in the proper currency (MXN). **Education:** Completed High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday; shifts rotate weekly. **First Shift:** 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Second Shift:** 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. **Third Shift:** 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. **Work Location:** Col.
