This role is critical to ensuring service level compliance, operational quality, and proper integration across channels and systems within the Managed Operations model.### **What You’ll Do** * Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of Help Desk, On-site Support, and IMAC teams. * Ensure SLA, metric, and service standard compliance. * Track tickets using ITSM tools. * Generate performance, trend, and service quality reports. * Coordinate internal training and updates to operational procedures. * Document solutions in the knowledge base and ensure process traceability. * Validate requirements, scope, and timelines with the customer. * Monitor compliance with corporate policies. * Ensure seamless integration between support channels (in-person and remote) and support systems.
