People like you! service & support C **Job Req ID:** 133998 **Location:**San Luis Potosi, MX, 78423 **Position Objective** * Install/repair/maintain machinery and/or technical and manufacturing equipment. * Responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities. **Main Responsibilities** * Operation of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment according to predetermined work documents. * Performing maintenance, repair, and relocation tasks on technical equipment such as machine accessories and instruments. * Planning work processes, material procurement, and configuration activities for production equipment. * Responsible for completing reports related to maintenance activities. * Installation of complex equipment in accordance with guidelines and mechanical, electrical, etc., verification to ensure proper operation. * Executing all necessary repairs and adjustments to keep production equipment in optimal condition. * Keeping the work area clean and organized, covering the entire area, e.g., machines, tools, molds, auxiliary equipment, etc. * Installation of repaired/fabricated equipment and adjustment of machine controls. * Correcting processing programs and performing release tests for machinery and/or molds, fixtures, etc. * Determining part requirements, supplying parts, and requesting part procurement. * Responsible for fabrication of mold and fixture components. * Participating in identifying root causes of defects or equipment downtime, sometimes involving complex equipment with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, etc., components. * Using diagnostic systems as required. * Responsible for adhering to work standards, following work instructions, and observing general conduct and courtesy rules within the workplace, maintaining respect and cordiality with all colleagues. * Responsible for requesting medical services and explaining reasons; responsible for submitting documentation or evaluation results to the Supervisor. * Providing support to production supervisors in the respective production area. * Actively participating in the development and implementation of improvement ideas. * Following all safety guidelines established by the company and refraining from unsafe acts. * Responsible for implementing actions related to improvement plans to achieve objectives and organizing the workshop under the 5S methodology. * Responsible for performing all tasks safely in CNC machining centers, energized equipment, and/or machinery with moving parts. **Required Qualifications** Education: * University Degree: Electromechanics or related fields, mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, injection molding machine/mold maintenance, control. Work Experience: * Electromechanics, mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, and control. * Maintenance of production machinery. * Operation of conventional machine tools, measuring instruments, and/or control equipment.
