




Job Summary: Lead and develop the assigned group of intermediaries, managing businesses and distribution channels, recruiting independent agents, and delivering exemplary service. Advising and supporting agents to close business **Job Objective:** Lead and develop the assigned group of intermediaries to achieve departmental goals through outstanding management and administration of businesses and distribution channels, delivering exemplary service, as well as recruiting independent agents and promoter offices. **Key Position Responsibilities:** * Achieve the sales budget per accounting line and assigned agent according to sales strategies. * Identify the intermediary’s potential market in terms of portfolio and prospective business. * Develop the portfolio of assigned intermediaries. * Advise the assigned group of agents regarding the incentive manual. * Conduct regular visits to intermediaries to monitor quoted procedures (control desk) and increase the group’s hit rate. * Accompany agents to close business and/or conduct inspections. * Attend to and serve customers regarding inquiries and/or follow-up on their procedures. * Participate in generating new sales projects. * Conduct competitive benchmarking by product, identifying costs, strategies, conditions, and coverage, reporting findings to the Sales Management. * Inform intermediaries about the products marketed by the company. * Coordinate activities jointly with Marketing to ensure portfolio retention (renewals). * Carry out joint actions with the Marketing department to recover overdue portfolio. * Recruit new independent agents, previously validated by the Sales Manager. * Follow up on procedures and proposals for new business with technical departments. **JOB PROFILE** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Administration, or related field. **Knowledge:** Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of the market, sales strategies, goal attainment, personnel management, commercial knowledge, insurance, training expertise, personnel recruitment, and knowledge of AdminERP, Acsel, Provisor, Virtual Office, and SIGEF policies. **Experience:** 3–4 years in field sales.
