Main Responsibilities * Handle, log, and track support tickets (Level 1 and 2). * Diagnose and resolve incidents, escalating complex cases when necessary. * Administer users, licensing, databases, and servers. * Maintain clear communication with clients and coordinate with the platform team. * Keep the ticketing system up to date and report support metrics.
