Job Summary: Sales Executive responsible for prospecting, approaching, and closing credit card application procedures for INVEX, representing the organization’s image with ethics and professionalism. Opportunity for growth The Sales Executive is the commercial driver of the organization and represents the organization’s image. Their primary responsibility is prospecting, approaching, and closing registrations for INVEX credit card application procedures. They are responsible for converting customer interest into formal and complete applications, ensuring a professional, ethical, and effective experience. **Main Responsibilities:** * Active Prospecting: Identify and approach prospects at assigned points of sale or channels, clearly explaining the benefits, requirements, and differentiators of INVEX products. * Performance Reporting: Report daily progress, captures, and status updates, as well as receive feedback, reporting performance against daily targets. * Quality Index: Accurately collect customer information and documentation to ensure over 95% of files are accepted by the Control Desk without errors. * Development: Actively participate in training programs and organizational culture initiatives to continue growing within the company. **Basic Requirements:** * Experience: Minimum 6 months in field sales, door-to-door sales, or financial services (preferred). * Education: Completed high school diploma. * Tools: Proficient use of digital devices (tablets/apps) and basic writing skills. * Ability to work under target-based performance and commission structures (uncapped), aligned with the sales plan. **We Offer:** * Base salary of $8,800 per month. * Attractive uncapped commission scheme. * Ongoing training and opportunity for growth within an expanding company.
