Seeking SALES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare quotations. * Enter orders into the system. * Track orders and deliveries. * Update customer databases. * Assist in preparing sales reports. * File departmental documentation. * Handle customer phone calls and emails. * Support sales representatives with administrative tasks. * Issue invoices (as per company requirements). * Follow up on administrative collections. * Manage customer files. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree or TSU in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * 1 year of experience in administrative roles. * Proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate level). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Experience using administrative systems / ERP. * Invoicing. * Customer service. * Organization. * Effective communication. **We Offer:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 8:30 am to 2:00 pm. * Statutory benefits. * $2,200.00 to $2,400.00 weekly.
