With currently around 36,500 employees at over 125 locations, the Company is active worldwide and generated adjusted sales of €8\.1 billion in fiscal year 2024\. **YOUR TASKS** * Define and execute verification \& validation strategies following the V‑Model. * Analyze customer, legal, and internal requirements and translate them into verification plans. * Perform simulations, tests, and data evaluations to ensure robust product performance. * Identify risks, propose countermeasures, and support design optimization. * Document results, manage changes, and support homologation activities. **YOUR QUALIFICATIONS** * Engineering degree (Electronics, Mechatronics, Systems, or related). * Experience in product development, testing, or verification (automotive preferred). * Knowledge of V‑Model, automotive standards, and validation processes. * Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. * Ability to work with international teams and manage technical risks.
