We believe in Mexican talent and offer a professional growth environment where your contribution is essential. **Job Objective:** To serve as the primary and expert point of contact for our customers, proactively and efficiently managing the entire operational-logistics cycle—from quotation through final delivery and invoicing. Your mission will be to ensure exceptional service, resolve incidents promptly, and provide valuable information to support decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Operational Management of the Logistics Cycle:** * Issue and track logistics service quotations. * Generate shipping labels and manage scheduling of pickups and deliveries. * Monitor and track shipments in real time, proactively informing customers. * Manage and resolve operational incidents (delays, damages, losses) swiftly. * **Administrative and Document Control:** * Issue invoices and tax-compliant fiscal receipts related to services rendered. * Maintain physical and system-based inventory control in the warehouse. * Receive and verify incoming materials; prepare and coordinate outgoing material deliveries. * Timely request necessary supplies for operations. * **Customer Service and Communication:** * Provide personalized, professional, and empathetic service via telephone, email, and in person. * Generate and send periodic activity reports, service performance indicators, and updates to customers and management. * Keep the customer database and associated documentation up to date. **Desired Profile:** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in similar roles within the logistics, transportation, or distribution sectors. **Verifiable experience is mandatory.** * **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is essential). * Basic knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and courier platforms (Paquetexpress, Estafeta, Redpack, DHL, etc.). * Familiarity with issuing CFDIs (Digital Fiscal Receipts) and billing processes. * Proficiency in warehouse procedures (receiving, dispatching, inventory management). * **Skills and Attitudes:** * Customer orientation and commitment to exceptional service. * Clear and assertive communication, both oral and written. * Problem-solving ability and capacity to work under pressure. * Meticulous organization, attention to detail, and proactivity. * Teamwork and willingness to learn. * Responsibility and reliability. **What We Offer:** * **Formal employment with all statutory benefits, exceeding legal requirements (IMSS, Christmas bonus, vacation pay, vacation premium, etc.).** * **Attractive and balanced work schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM * Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM * Genuine opportunities for growth and development within an established company. * Dynamic, collaborative work environment with professional challenges. * Continuous training. * Convenient location in CDMX. **Do You Identify With This Challenge?** If you are organized, passionate about customer service, and experienced in logistics, we want to meet you. *TSS Consultores is an employer that values diversity and equal opportunity.* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $11,000.00 per month Education: * Completed high school (preferred) Work Location: On-site
