Promotion of corporate values and quality service. **LOCAL PERSONNEL ONLY!!!** **General Job Objective:** Provide operational support for controlling ongoing work by supervising logistics and activity schedules under the direct coordination of the assigned site resident or site supervisors. Deliver timely information to support decision-making and program or planning reorganization, as well as collaborate in preparing required documents to ensure efficient project flow. Contribute to achieving corporate objectives, serve as a role model for company values, and consistently deliver quality service. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and control logistics of materials, tools, and equipment at the worksite. * Conduct daily tracking of activity progress against the established schedule. * Systematically record and report physical construction progress to the site resident. * Support preparation of reports, work generation documents, and other required documents for project control. * Review personnel availability and allocation across worksites, reporting any shortages or needs to the site resident. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure updated and accurate information. * Identify incidents, material shortages, or delays, and promptly report them to the site resident for resolution. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and basic safety at the worksite. **Responsibilities** * Accurately, promptly, and consistently carry out instructions and assignments from the site resident. * Keep project information and documentation organized and readily available for decision-making. * Ensure logistics, materials, and human resources are available as required, anticipating needs whenever possible. * Comply with established safety, hygiene, and environmental standards on site. * Be responsible for recording progress and observations to support project management. * Maintain clear and effective communication with the site resident, colleagues, and other departments, ensuring information is accurate and timely. * Carry out duties with discipline, willingness, and attention to detail, ensuring work quality is maintained even under pressure or schedule changes. * Act ethically and exemplarily, reflecting company values in daily behavior and work. **Specific Tasks** * Daily review of material and tool inventory at the worksite and notification of shortages. * Support updating schedules based on observed physical progress. * Record construction progress accurately and meticulously in assigned control formats or systems. * Support preparation of work generation documents, quantity tables, and reports required by the site resident, ensuring reliable information. * Verify that assigned workforce is present and performing scheduled activities. * Report any deviations, incidents, or issues to the site resident for resolution, proactively anticipating potential impacts. * Keep work areas and material storage areas clean and organized. * Coordinate with other departments to effectively and respectfully facilitate information sharing and processes. * Prioritize and organize daily tasks to meet schedules and site resident instructions, demonstrating willingness and tolerance for pressure. * Perform tasks amid schedule changes or unforeseen events, maintaining control, discipline, and focus on expected outcomes.
