**Kitchen Equipment Maintenance Technician with experience in Refrigeration** Location: **Cuautitlan Izcalli.** Experience: Minimum 1 year Main responsibilities: · Daily kitchen equipment maintenance rounds · Perform routine visual and functional inspections of kitchen equipment and areas to detect any anomalies or signs of potential failure. · Preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and prevent breakdowns. This applies to: Microwave ovens, Steam kettles, Griddles, Ovens (conventional, convection, etc.), REFRIGERATION equipment (cold rooms, refrigerators, freezers). · Corrective maintenance to diagnose and repair failures or breakdowns occurring in the aforementioned equipment (microwave ovens, steam kettles, griddles, ovens, refrigeration equipment) and restore their operation. · General kitchen maintenance: Perform maintenance tasks to ensure facilities remain in good condition, such as: \* Inspection and repair of plumbing systems (faucets, drains). \* Inspection of electrical installations (outlets, lighting). \* Verification of ventilation and extraction systems (hoods, filters). \* Structural or furniture repairs.
