A company powered by its people.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical-Biological Engineering, or Chemical Engineering degree * **Language:** English at **intermediate** level. * Proficiency in and application of **inspection methods** (approximately 50%). * Knowledge of **ISO 9001:2015** standard and its requirements. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Review and evaluate **operational processes** to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Request **products for inspection** and coordinate necessary reviews. * Follow up on findings related to **5S / Housekeeping**. * Document and update **procedures, manuals, work instructions, and forms**. * Monitor and follow up on the **Non-Conforming Product Handling Process**, ensuring appropriate records and dispositions. * Coordinate **onboarding sessions** and manage the **Training Matrix**. * Review **evaluations, training materials, and SOPs** prior to release. * Conduct **gemba walks** to identify improvement opportunities. * Track **action plans** arising from Quality Walks and Gemba Walks. * Monitor and track **inventory status**. **Work Schedule:** 3 shifts * 6 AM–2 PM, Monday–Saturday * 2 PM–10 PM, Monday–Saturday * 10 PM–6 AM, Monday–Friday **Work Location:** Tultipark 3 * Av.
