**EHS responsibilities:** * Coordinate with EHS the training of the EHS Skills to QEHS Molding technician (Skill Matrix) **Quality assurance:** * Work closely with Quality Inspectors and QEHS technician to ensure quality processes are followed correctly. * Collaborate with stakeholders to support root cause investigations and material testing. * Escalate issues with potential impact on timely manner. * Support Quality Coordinator and Quality Engineer to gather information regarding orders and elements. * Support on internal quality events (containment, machine testing) * Blocked material/inspection meeting leader * DVI: Weekly KPIs (FTT, accomplishment), Audits of Inspection room. * Traceability owner for Big/Critical incidents * Backup/Traceability support for call rate (QEHS technician) ***People*** * Responsible of Training and Evaluation of the QEHS technician in the area (Skill Matrix ) * Create/Update documentation for the Quality in Operations area. * Update CHAMP (training program) for the QEHS molding technician * Create the QEHS Technician training confirmation plan. * Support on daily/weekly QEHS technicians and inspectors’ absences. ***Projects:*** * *New machine startup and release by quality.* Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
