




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide system support, customer service, and project management, with a focus on incident resolution and training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project and database management * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field * MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 6 months * MINIMUM AGE: 20 years * MAXIMUM AGE: 30 years * KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support: attending to and resolving incidents. \- Receive training on company systems and their proper use for customer guidance. \- Customer service \- Customer contact via email, phone calls, and CRM management. \- Meetings for incident follow-up and work plans \- Creation of user manuals for proper system usage \- Preparation of activity reports, teamwork, stress tolerance. Proficiency in office software. Project administration. Database management, identifying, tracking, and resolving project issues, proactively disseminating project information to all stakeholders. Identifying, managing, and mitigating risks. Ensuring the project deliverable meets appropriate quality standards. Defining objectives to be achieved in each phase or task into which the project is subdivided. * REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Proficiency in Word, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, databases, project management, communication, teamwork, problem solving, collaboration, time management, organization, project scheduling, roadmap development, project planning, progress reporting.
