The purpose of this position is to maintain financial and operational control of the housing development, ensuring clear and up-to-date information for the Board of Directors, as well as professional service to residents and suppliers. **Responsibilities** * Control and recording of income and expenses. * Follow-up and management of collections and recovery of outstanding debts. * Resident support. * Handling complaints and reports. * Administrative coordination with suppliers. * Control and management of access systems. * Preparation of financial reports. * Follow-up on operational incidents. **Requirements** * Degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field * Excellent organizational and document control skills. * Ability to provide customer service and resolve conflicts. * Proactivity and firmness in follow-up. * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level). **We Offer** * **$14,000 net monthly** * Punctuality bonus * Schedule: * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM and 2:00 PM–6:00 PM * Saturdays: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM * Job stability * Professional work environment Employment type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Food vouchers Work location: On-site employment
