




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage insurance policies, collections control, customer service, and digital administration, while maintaining updated databases and digital files. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end insurance policy management and collections control. 2. Support in claims management and liaison with insurance companies. 3. Use of insurance company portals and CRM systems. **Main Responsibilities** Policy Management: Issuance, renewal, modification, and cancellation of insurance contracts. Collections Control: Tracking payment methods and due dates; downloading invoices. Customer Service and Claims: Providing support in managing and resolving claims, as well as acting as the liaison with insurance companies. Digital Administration: Using insurance company portals and CRM systems to maintain updated digital databases and files. Portfolio Analysis: Periodic review of clients’ risks and coverage to suggest timely improvements or renewals. **Requirements and Education** Education: Bachelor’s degree (completed or incomplete) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in similar roles within the insurance industry, preferably in auto, medical expense, or life insurance lines. **Technical Knowledge:** Insurance technical terminology and operational processes of insurance companies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially intermediate Excel).
