Our site, Albéa Querétaro is specialized in Laminate Tubes for Oral Care, Hair Care, Cosmetics \& Phamaceutical Markets. Scope This position directly reports to the Plant Manager and involves the management of the plant of QRO Main activities * Coordination of special events. * Promotion of the teamwork philosophy. * Preparation of periodic reports. * Expense reporting (execution and training). * Control and management of company vehicles. * Daily, weekly and monthly data entry. * Organization and assistance with reservations (airplane, hotel, car). * Assistance to visitors. * Support to the Human Resources department. * Administrative support to Management teams. * Monitoring of production reports. * Assistance in special events organized by the company. * Active participation in coordinating LTW activities for the various projects currently implemented at the plant. * Compliance with, and enforcement of, safety, hygiene and environmental guidelines and policies, quality management system, good manufacturing practices and continuous improvement programs established for Albéa Querétaro. * Active participation in the development of new projects and functions assigned, pursuing continuous improvement and company growth. * Monitoring of vending machines. * Procurement of supplies (Cafeteria). * Support for the 5S program. * Supplier handling and invoicing. Administration of DHL EXPRESS account. * Registration of GRs for services. * Training on purchase requisitions. * The activities described above are illustrative, not exhaustive. Accountability including KPIs Environmental / Safety Responsibilities * Rational use of water. * Efficient use of electric lighting. * No disposal of hazardous chemicals into sinks, toilets or any other drain outlets. * Adherence to the plant’s waste management program. * Participation in environmental emergency and civil protection drills. * Never block emergency exits, fire extinguishers, hydrants or any other auxiliary equipment. * Reporting of unauthorized personnel to the organization and following instructions from security staff. * Reporting any health- or environment-related incident (cuts, bruises, spills, etc.), no matter how minor, to the EHS department. * Respectfully requesting compliance with these responsibilities from anyone violating them. * Respecting the work of the Safety and Hygiene Committee members and the Emergency Brigade. Profile (Experience \& qualifications) Requirements: * Education: Degree in Business Administration (or related field). * Experience: 3 years’ verifiable experience as an assistant. * Age: 22 to 45 years. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels. * Must be diplomatic and possess conflict resolution skills. * Knowledge of Human Resources, payroll and training areas. * Advanced English. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong initiative, an open mind, a sense of urgency, dynamism, foresight, service orientation and robust leadership skills.
