Support in ticket invoicing A company with 37 years of experience in the metal-mechanical and plastics industry seeks your talent as a **Planning Administrative Assistant** Requirements: * Completed high school diploma and/or technical degree in administration * Experience with ERP system Odoo (preferred) * Proficiency in Office suite / Google Drive * Data entry * Ticket invoicing Responsibilities: * Capture and update information in databases. * Control and archiving of physical and digital documentation (delivery notes, invoices) in Google Drive. * Support in invoicing tickets for operator expenses and material dispatches to facilities). * Follow-up on internal requests regarding material dispatch documents.
