




Job Summary: Supervises payroll procedures, reviews timekeeping records, validates employee transactions, and processes benefit and salary costs. Key Highlights: 1. Calculation of earnings, deductions, and taxes PAYROLL ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES - Supervise payroll procedures. - Review timekeeping and attendance records. - Receive, validate, and file employee transactions and incidents for payroll application. - Prepare pay slips and collect employee signatures, safeguarding documentation supporting remuneration payments. - Report payroll issues and changes to management. - Process benefit costs, such as insurance premiums and sickness-related absences. - Administer subordinates’ medical certificates. - Calculate earnings, deductions, contributions, taxes, and withholdings in the payroll system and generate required reports. - Supervise timely generation and distribution of payroll slips. - Guide and process payroll cards for newly hired employees. - Record employee complaints, questions, and concerns regarding payroll services and communicate them to the Human Resources Department. - Update employees’ bank account records as necessary to ensure efficient payment processing. - Enter payroll data into the system and verify all amounts before distributing checks.
