The payroll assistant manages the accurate and timely processing of payments, deductions, incidents (absences, overtime), and social security movements (, ) for personnel. Supports the Human Resources or Accounting department, ensuring compliance with current labor and tax legislation while maintaining information confidentiality. * **Payroll Calculation:** Process weekly, biweekly, or monthly payrolls, including overtime, bonuses, and deductions. * **Incident Management:** Register absences, disabilities, vacations, and leaves in the system. * **Social Security (IMSS/SUA):** Perform registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications with the (IDSE) and calculate the . * **Payments:** Prepare payroll disbursements, severance payments, and settlements. * **Administration:** Keep personnel files up to date and address employee inquiries regarding their payments. * **Filing and Reporting:** Prepare monthly reports, accounting reports, and filing archives.
