




Job Summary: This role focuses on comprehensive payroll management, personnel movement administration, and compliance with tax and social security obligations, while providing employee support. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive payroll and personnel movement management. 2. Employee support and supervision of payroll transactions. 3. Compliance with tax and social security obligations. RESPONSIBILITIES MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF WORKY SYSTEM 1. Timely execution of employee actions (hires, terminations) in IDSE. 2. Address employee inquiries regarding benefits or other payroll-related matters. 3. Supervise payroll transactions (layout, banking). 4. Fulfill and coordinate payment of payroll-related obligations. 5. Timely calculation of ISTP, IMSS, and Infonavit contributions. 6. Timely stamping (certification) of WKS and third-party payroll receipts. 7. Perform payroll reconciliations versus WKS and third-party EBA and EMA reports. 8. Maintain loan and savings fund records. 9. Bimonthly verification of variable components and submission of salary adjustments. 10. Cafeteria expense control. 11. Monitor and manage employee attendance reports. 12. Calculate the 3% payroll contribution. 13. Account for payroll and social security entries and accruals. 14. Timely registration in SUA of hires, terminations, salary adjustments, unjustified absences, and employee disabilities. 15. Calculate severance payments and/or employee settlements. 16. Perform annual PTU (Profit Sharing) calculation. 17. Track SIROC and REPSE status for active and completed projects. 18. Prepare and submit Workers’ Compensation Risk Declarations (Risk Premium). 19. Administer and apply FONACOT loan deductions. 20. Manage and process alimony payments. 21. Document and update payroll procedures and manuals. 22. Control food and gasoline voucher cards.
