




**Position Objective** Support the accurate preparation, calculation, and processing of employee payroll, ensuring compliance with labor, tax, and social security regulations through the use of the **CONTPAQi Payroll** system, guaranteeing timely payments and reliable records. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Prepare and **calculate weekly, biweekly, and/or fortnightly payroll** in **CONTPAQi Payroll**. * Enter and validate payroll incidents: attendance, absences, overtime, disabilities, vacations, bonuses, and deductions. * Calculate earnings, deductions, taxes, and withholdings according to current legislation. * Generate payroll receipts and support their bank disbursement. * Keep the employee database updated in the payroll system. * Support onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments for employees. * Control and archive payroll files and related documentation. * Support payroll vs. accounting reconciliations. * Provide assistance and clarifications to employees regarding payroll matters. * Comply with internal policies and confidentiality of information. **Position Requirements** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or related field (completed) **Experience** * Minimum 1 year as a payroll assistant. * **Proven experience preparing payroll**. * Mandatory use of **CONTPAQi Payroll**. **Knowledge** * Federal Labor Law (basic). * Payroll calculation, Income Tax (ISR), and basic social security concepts. * Excel proficiency (basic\-intermediate level). * Incident control and data entry.
