We are seeking an operations coordinator capable of leading the first- and last-mile area. The candidate will implement productivity, quality, and customer service standards, achieving outstanding results. **Responsibilities** \* Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence, with a focus on first- and last-mile operations. \* Effective personnel management (organizational culture and team members’ sense of belonging). \* KPI monitoring (service levels, productivity, performance, accident rates, among others). \* Planning and execution of first- and last-mile routes. \* Supervision of inbound and outbound first- and last-mile operations. \* Coordination and tracking of local, regional, and foreign routes within the Metropolitan Zone of the Valley of Mexico (ZMVM). \+30 operators under supervision. \+30 fleet vehicles. **Requirements** \* Completed undergraduate degree (Engineering or Bachelor’s degree). \* Minimum 2 years of experience in Distribution Centers and/or the logistics sector. \* Knowledge of the Metropolitan Zone of the Valley of Mexico. \* Proven ability to lead and coordinate operations as well as work teams. \* Outstanding leadership, teamwork, self-learning, and honesty skills. \* Availability to work Monday through Sunday, rotating across three shifts. \* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook).
