This role works closely with Finance and Operations to ensure reliable information, efficient processes, and strategic support for decision-making.**Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field * 5–8 years of experience in accounting, cost accounting, or operational finance * Experience in logistics, service, or manufacturing environments (preferred) * Knowledge of cost, revenue, and operational process analysis * Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and analytical tools * Leadership, critical thinking, and ability to influence cross-functional teams **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Oversee operational accounting: costs, revenues, logistics services, variable expenses, and variances * Coordinate the operational accounting close, ensuring accuracy and adherence to corporate timelines * Analyze customer-specific margins, operational variances, and financial performance * Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and global guidelines * Lead inventory processes (where applicable): physical audits, adjustments, and reconciliations * Serve as a **Business Partner** to Operations, translating operational activities into financial impact * Manage and develop the Operations Accounting team
