RESPONSIBILITIES: 100% MANDATORY * Use and operation of Acronis/Ventoy true image for disk imaging * Software maintenance + Version updates, software installation as required, to restore and improve equipment functionality. * Back up and transfer data stored on equipment upon specific requests, to prevent data loss and user profile changes on equipment. * Configure multifunction printers and enable their use within designated user areas. * Review and diagnose Softphone: desktop telephony on PCs. * Review and diagnose network connections, restore functionality, and ensure operational continuity.
