




Job Summary: We are seeking an On-Site Support Technician to perform equipment maintenance, software installation, data backup, printer configuration, and equipment diagnostics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Software maintenance and updates to ensure equipment functionality 2. Backup and transfer of essential information 3. Diagnosis and configuration of network and telephone connections IMPORTANT: COMPANY REQUESTS ON-SITE SUPPORT TECHNICIAN Requirements: Education: High school diploma with specialization in Computer Engineering or related field. RESPONSIBILITIES: Mandatory \- Proficient use of Acronis, Ventoy, and True Image \- System image deployment \- Software maintenance or version updates, and software installation as required, to restore and enhance equipment functionality. \- Backup and transfer of data stored on equipment upon specific requests, to prevent data loss and user profile changes across devices. \- Configuration of multifunction printers and enabling their use within designated user areas. \- Inspection and diagnosis of desktop telephony connected to PCs. \- Inspection and diagnosis of network connections, restoration of functionality, and assurance of operational continuity. ***Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM*** Salary: $ 9,451 gross monthly \+ Punctuality Bonus \+ Attendance Bonus Statutory Benefits Work Location: Av.
