Job Summary: We are seeking an on-site IT technician to provide IT support and maintenance for an international client in Mexico. Key Responsibilities: 1. On-site technical support 2. IT issue management and resolution 3. Network infrastructure configuration and maintenance We are looking for an on-site IT technician to conduct periodic visits with one of our internationally expanding clients. In this case, the search is specifically for their office located in Mexico. Visits are expected to occur biweekly, although this detail is still under definition. Payment will be made per service delivered, based on actual hours worked (in Mexican Pesos - MXN). The responsibilities will approximately include: * Replacement of defective IT hardware (laptops, printers, etc.). * Configuration of new printers and troubleshooting. * Inventory review of IT assets at the site/server room (asset management: laptops, peripherals, mobile phones, etc.). * Network and Wi-Fi troubleshooting. * Operating system installation on laptops and related software troubleshooting. * Inspection and technical troubleshooting of meeting room equipment. * Installation of new network infrastructure, servers, or Wi-Fi access points, as well as decommissioning of outdated office setups upon request.
