This position is ideal for candidates with solid experience in IT support and technical team leadership. Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm 100% on-site Availability to cover on-call shifts when required Salary and Benefits $28,500 gross monthly (non-negotiable salary) Monthly gasoline allowance: $1,240 Work tools and access to NOC infrastructure Job stability and technical team leadership Job Objective Manage and optimize technological infrastructure operations, ensuring service continuity, user satisfaction, and compliance with service level agreements, through proper coordination of the support team and resolution of complex technical incidents. Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise daily support team activities (7 members). Ensure timely and efficient handling of incidents and requests. Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvements. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware and software. Act as liaison between users, technical team, and other departments. Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Manage support tickets and document activities, changes, and failures. Track incidents to resolution. Manage and document changes to systems and services. Prepare performance and incident reports for decision-making. Essential Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Level 2 IT support. 3 to 4 years of experience in Windows services administration, programming, and SQL. Technical English proficiency at approximately 50%. Knowledge of network and Windows systems administration. Familiarity with ITIL methodologies. Personal transportation. On-site availability and willingness to cover on-call shifts when required.
