Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports TATPA PUEBLA URBARNOS We are looking for our next **MONITOR** REQUIREMENTS: * Gender: Unspecified * **Availability to work rotating shifts and scheduled days off** * Minimum 6 MONTHS of experience in similar positions * Education: Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Computer Science or Systems Bachelor’s Degree, or Technical or Incomplete Degree RESPONSIBILITIES: * Real-time GPS monitoring and tracking of vehicles * Ensuring schedule compliance remotely * Receiving, addressing, and analyzing incidents reported in real time * Monitoring and responding to radio frequency communications and phone calls * Real-time communication with drivers * Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly incident reports for the assigned shift COMPETENCIES AND KNOWLEDGE: * Working under pressure, Assertive communication, Teamwork, Problem analysis. * Advanced Excel proficiency, Familiarity with the city of Puebla, Knowledge of satellite tracking Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $11,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
