Your Key Responsibilities: * **Monitoring:** Monitor in real time the location and routes of service units using **GPS**. * **Tracking:** Perform *check-in* and *check-out* for technical visits to ensure strict adherence to the schedule. * **Data Capture:** Enter and verify daily technician productivity in internal systems with high accuracy. * **Reporting:** Immediately escalate any logistical or security deviation or incident. Schedule and Breaks * **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 to 17:00 hrs. * **Saturday:** 8:00 to 14:00 hrs. What Do You Need? * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in Monitoring, Control Room, or Data Entry. * **Excel:** **ADVANCED** proficiency (Mandatory). * **Knowledge:** GPS/AVL tracking systems. * **Education:** High school diploma or completed technical degree.
