Job Summary: General maintenance of hotel facilities, equipment, and services to ensure continuous operation and guest satisfaction, with responsibilities including repairs and handling maintenance reports. Supporting other departments according to operational needs Job Objective Maintain hotel facilities, equipment, and services in optimal condition to ensure uninterrupted operations and guest satisfaction. Main Responsibilities * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities. * Carry out masonry, painting, carpentry, and locksmithing tasks. * Verify proper functioning of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. * Conduct daily inspections across all hotel areas. * Handle maintenance reports, guest complaints, and requests from guests and internal departments. * Operate and supervise machinery and equipment. * Maintain records of maintenance activities. * Manage appropriate use of tools and materials. * Support other departments according to operational needs.
