Position Objective: Administer, coordinate, control, and monitor responses to reports related to preventive and corrective maintenance for the preservation of infrastructure (low-voltage electrical installations, air conditioning systems, hydrosanitary installations, architectural finishes, furniture, and equipment) of properties occupied by Banorte. Responsible for the Reporting Desk, where maintenance requests are logged; budgetary control; vendor payment management through Purchase Requisitions (PR), Work Orders, Service Orders, and Purchase Requests; onboarding of new vendors; vendor contract creation and renewal; and preparation of executive reports and presentations. Requirements: * Professional Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field; currently pursuing or incomplete. * Years of Experience: 1 year in this position. * Areas of Experience: Administration and coordination of services, contract management. * Required Knowledge: Intermediate-level Microsoft Office Suite (mandatory), SAP S4/HANA FI module (preferred), and ARIBA Spend (preferred). * Languages: Not required. * Willingness to Travel: Not required. * Willingness to Relocate: Not required.
