Due to our growth and expansion, we are looking to integrate a Logistics Assistant into our team. **Position Objective:** Ensure timely and accurate order shipments by optimizing loading processes to meet scheduled appointments and satisfy customer and sales representative needs, guaranteeing deliveries with minimal error margin. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Administration. * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a similar position. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * SAP system knowledge. * Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday: * 7:00 a.m. to 4:40 p.m. * 1:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. **Main Responsibilities:** * Administration and coordination of shipment logistics. * Control and recording of product dispatches. * Monitoring and tracking of returns. * Tracking and follow-up of shipments with freight carriers. * Review and validation of supplier and carrier invoices. * Follow-up and data entry into the system. * Appointment scheduling and billing processes. * Validation of delivery and payment evidence. **We Offer:** * Weekly salary payment. * 30 days’ year-end bonus. * 30% vacation bonus. * Profit-sharing. * 9% savings fund. * Grocery vouchers. * Punctuality and attendance bonus. * Quarterly perfect attendance incentive (equivalent to 3 days’ salary). * School supplies support for employees’ children. * 4-hour leave every 60 days for perfect attendance. * Brand product basket for employees’ newborn children (value $1,000\). * 5 paid days for first marriage. * Bereavement support for immediate family members ($5,000 and 3 paid days).
