Galletas Cuétara, a 100% Mexican company with over 90 years in the market, is seeking talent for the position of: LOADER/VALIDATOR **Responsibilities:** * Merchandise Reception: Verify that received products match purchase orders, requirements, and are in good condition. * Product Counting: Perform physical counts of products to ensure shipment and receipt quantities are correct. * Data Registration: Enter merchandise information into loading/unloading forms, ensuring all data is accurate. * Warehouse Organization: Help maintain a clean and organized work area. * Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other warehouse staff to facilitate an efficient workflow. * Leadership and initiative to carry out assigned tasks. **Competencies and/or Skills:** * Attention to Detail: Ability to identify discrepancies and errors in inventories. * Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with other team members. * Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and computer tools. * Physical Capacity: Good physical condition to perform tasks that may include lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods. * Reliability: Document loading and unloading activities via video recordings to support resolution of any discrepancies. **Requirements** * Minimum Education Level: HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA * Warehouse Experience (preferred). * Availability of time. **We Offer** * Base Salary. * Statutory Benefits. * Job Stability. * Growth Opportunity. **Work Location:** Tochtli Street 342, San Antonio Neighborhood, Azcapotzalco, 02760 Ciudad de México Interested candidates may apply through this channel
