




Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Sales Executive to oversee daily operations, achieve sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction at the branch. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages branch operations and sales objectives 2. Trains and evaluates branch staff 3. Ensures proper customer service and satisfaction **Junior Sales Executive** **We Offer:** * Base salary of $9,451 net per month * Bonus for achieving objectives * Statutory benefits **Schedule:** * Monday to Sunday, 10:45 am to 8:00 pm * One weekday day off **Requirements:** * Completed high school; technical degree or incomplete bachelor’s degree in computer science, computing, information technology, business, or related fields * Minimum 6 months’ experience in technology or retail sales * Desired: courses or certifications in sales, customer service, hardware, or PC assembly * Knowledge of computer equipment * Experience in closing sales * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily branch operations * Achieve and monitor sales, profitability, and service objectives * Manage the budget by controlling expenses and optimizing resources * Supervise, train, and evaluate branch staff * Ensure compliance with internal policies, processes, and procedures * Guarantee proper customer service and satisfaction * Resolve operational incidents, complaints, and conflicts * Supervise branch inventory, assets, and facilities * Prepare performance and results reports for management * Represent the company before customers, suppliers, or local authorities as required **Work Locations:** * Parque Tezontle * Parque Lindavista Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,451.00 per month Application Question(s): * Which branch are you interested in?
