Development in general and tax accounting A leading medical device distribution company is currently seeking its next talent for the role of: **Junior Accountant** **Responsibilities** * Recording of accounting journal entries (revenues, expenses, and daily entries). * Monthly bank reconciliations. * Preparation of working papers for financial closing. * Review and validation of income and expense CFDIs. * Support in preparing monthly tax returns (VAT, ISR, withholding taxes). * Preparation of DIOT and informative tax filings. * Payroll review for accounting and tax purposes. * Assistance with IMSS processes: employee onboarding/offboarding, salary adjustments, and contribution verification (SUA). * Filing and control of accounting and tax documentation. **Requirements** * **Bachelor’s degree in Accounting** (graduated or in the process of graduation). * **2 years of experience** in general accounting within a company or accounting firm. * Knowledge of: * VAT, ISR, withholding taxes. * Local taxes (CDMX), DIOT. * Social security (IMSS, SUA, IDSE). * CFDI management. * Proficiency in **Excel** (intermediate level). * Experience with accounting systems (COI, CONTPAQi, SAE, or SAP preferred). **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary: $ 16,000 * Meal vouchers: $1,500 per month * Statutory benefits. * Job stability.
