The ideal candidate is **organized, solution-oriented, and user-service focused**. ### **Requirements** ✅ Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in IT ✅ Flexible availability for work hours ✅ Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field (completed or currently completing thesis) ✅ Knowledge of switch configuration and network segmentation (VLANs) ✅ Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, GLPI, Freshservice, Jira, etc.) ✅ Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) ✅ Strong communication skills and user-focused service orientation ### **Preference for candidates with personal vehicle or self-arranged transportation (no transportation provided at that time)** ### **Responsibilities** L1 and L2 technical support (hardware, software, and connectivity) Ticket registration and tracking Configuration and maintenance of **Cisco and Ubiquiti** switches LAN network monitoring and support Configuration and support of **CCTV** (IP/analog cameras, NVR/DVR) Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance Technical documentation Coordination with external vendors Support for IT infrastructure improvement projects ### **We Offer** **$13,000 to 15,000 monthly gross** **10% in unrestricted food vouchers** based on base salary **Statutory benefits from day one** * **Schedule (temporary)** Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM *(Schedule subject to change later)*
