Actively participate in IT projects **Job Description** We are looking for an **IT Specialist** focused on infrastructure, support, and continuous improvement to contribute to the efficient operation of the company's systems and technology. **Requirements** * 2 to 5 years of experience in IT * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field * Intermediate English (70%) **Responsibilities** * Lead infrastructure improvements using Lean methodologies * Provide support for servers, networks, and workstations * Coordinate with IT service providers * Support applications and configure new software * Monitor backups and system functionality * Manage IT budget * Document Help Desk tickets * Support voice communications * Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance * Configure scanners in the logistics area * Provide Level 1 support (WiFi, CCTV, ERP, access control, etc.) * Participate in IT projects * Manage CAPEX and implementation costs * Administer servers and user access * Maintain inventory of technological equipment * Meet departmental KPIs **We Offer** * Salary: starting at $30,000 * GMM * Vacation and bonus at 92% * Food vouchers worth $410 * Thirteenth-month bonus equivalent to 30 days * Life insurance * Profit-sharing (PTU) * 100% formal employment contract * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM * Professional development * Job stability Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Salary: $30,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Is your English proficiency verifiable? * Are you available to relocate to Atlacomulco? * How many years of experience do you have in IT support and infrastructure (networks, servers, and workstations)? * Do you have experience providing user support and system administration for ERP, CCTV, WiFi, and Help Desk?
