




Job Summary: Provide first-line technical support to internal and external users, diagnosing and resolving incidents related to IT infrastructure, workstations, and managed services, including preventive maintenance and documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. First-line technical support to internal and external users 2. Timely diagnosis and efficient resolution of IT incidents 3. Preventive maintenance and documentation in the ITSM system Provide first-line technical support to internal users and external customers through remote assistance and on-site support when required, ensuring timely diagnosis and efficient resolution of incidents related to IT infrastructure, workstations, connectivity, printing, and managed services (MSP). Responsible for the technical execution of preventive maintenance, initial service monitoring, correct documentation in the ITSM system, and generation of necessary technical information for operational reporting, while complying with established SLAs and aligning with ITIL processes and Information Security controls (ISO 27001).
