Supports building pipelines for current and future requirements **IT Recruiter (Junior–Mid) – Delivery Focus** **Company:** Fixity Technologies **Location:** Querétaro – WTC (Hybrid) **Role Overview** We are looking for an **IT Recruiter** with up to **2 years of experience** who is passionate about talent sourcing and candidate management within the IT space. This role is fully focused on **delivery and candidate pipeline**, with **no direct client communication**. You will work closely with **Delivery Managers** and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. **Key Responsibilities** * Source IT candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other sourcing channels * Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical pre\-screen calls * Validate candidate experience, skills, salary expectations, and availability * Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal delivery teams * Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and internal trackers * Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle * Ensure candidates are well\-informed about role expectations and process steps * Support Delivery Managers in building pipelines for current and future requirements **Required Skills \& Experience** * **1–2 years of experience** in IT recruitment or technical staffing * Basic understanding of IT roles (developers, cloud, data, infrastructure, etc.) * Experience using job portals and LinkedIn for sourcing * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities simultaneously * Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, metrics\-driven environment **Nice to Have** * Experience working with an ATS * Exposure to US or international IT roles * Basic knowledge of English (reading and understanding technical profiles) **Work Model** * **Hybrid role** – combination of on\-site work at **WTC Querétaro** and remote days * Monday to Friday **Reporting Line** * Reports to: Delivery / Recruitment Lead * Works closely with: Delivery Managers and Recruitment Team * **No direct interaction with clients** Job Types: Contract, Commission, Permanent Contract length: 12 months Pay: $17,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have specifically in IT recruitment (sourcing and screening developers, cloud, data or infrastructure profiles)? * Which platforms or tools have you actively used for sourcing IT candidates? * Are you currently living in Querétaro and willing to commute to WTC Querétaro at least 3 days per week as part of a hybrid work model?
